Darryl Parker

Darryl Parker is a trial attorney and a civil rights activist who has dedicated most of his legal career representing individuals against corporations and public agencies. He has championed the rights of those who have been wrongfully damaged in the areas of civil rights and employment-related matters.

For more than twenty years, Mr. Parker has served the greater San Francisco Bay area and Sacramento County. In 2000, he expanded his practice to the State of Washington where he now resides with his family. Born and raised in New York City, Mr. Parker earned his bachelor’s degree in political science from Fordham University and earned his law degree from the University of California, Berkeley.

He is admitted to practice in both California and Washington. He is also admitted in the United States District Courts of the Central, Eastern and Northern Districts of California, the Western and Eastern Districts of Washington, and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
